dsh-live-spend：在 DSH 里实时看对话花费与余额

dsh-live-spend 是 jeff072333 维护的 DSH Web 客户端插件，在输入框上方显示当前会话累计花费、DeepSeek 账户余额及峰谷计费时段，每条回答末尾展示该轮总消耗。按官方价目表折算 deepseek-flash / deepseek-pro，余额走已登录账号的 account.getBalance，无需 API key。需 DSH 0.2.1-rc.5+，安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:jeff072333/dsh-live-spend。仅统计当前会话，未支持模型只记 token。
