It prevents port conflicts through a global registry and automatically obtains launch commands via priority-based discovery (such as `.dsh-services.yml` and `package.json`), reducing the operational overhead for Agents. The plugin provides a Web UI sidebar, Agent tools (e.g., `service_list`, `start`), and log viewing capabilities, supporting one-click start/stop and automatic session following. Although Windows is not currently supported, it offers developers a convenient and unified service management solution through command normalization and port arbitration.
