dsh-language-control: Preventing Language Drift in Agent Chain-of-Thought

The dsh-language-control plugin for the DSH workflow addresses the “language drift” issue in an Agent’s chain of thought caused by tools returning English content, by injecting language constraints into the System Prompt before each reasoning step. This plugin enforces Chinese throughout the Agent’s internal reasoning, planning, and tool calling, ensuring consistency between thought and output. It takes effect automatically after installation without requiring additional configuration, and users can also customize or restore the default constraints via the settings panel.
