The plugin does not include model weights; it acts only as a connector and registers the `kokoro_tts` tool. Installation requires Node.js 22.14.0+ and depends on the Web profile. Configure it by specifying the server address (default port 8765); it supports multiple voices and speech-rate adjustment.
