dsh-keyboard-shortcut：为 DSH 补齐快捷键设置页与常用热键

OZONGO 维护的 DSH 客户端插件 dsh-keyboard-shortcut，在 Settings 中增加 Keyboard shortcuts 页面，注册权限模式循环、推理强度步进、状态页、任务列表、轮次导航等命令级快捷键，并可选接管 Ctrl+/ 与 Composer Enter 映射。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-keyboard-shortcut，要求 DSH ≥0.2.0-rc.2。文章说明默认键位、四块设置 UI、localStorage 偏好及桌面/浏览器已知限制，便于安装前核对源码与 MIT 许可证。
