It removes security restrictions, creates an isolated instance, and enables a user approval mechanism, allowing the AI to safely open, take screenshots of, and interact with web pages while debugging local services. This plugin is no longer maintained and has been merged into a unified plugin; when using it, you need to configure `evaluate: true` to enable specific features.
