dsh-injection-list：在会话界面查看本轮上下文注入清单

DSH 0.2.1 起会话 UI 不再渲染 context 行，客户端难以查看 live-docs、time-context、agent-instructions 等注入内容。dsh-injection-list 在 Host 侧 agent/pre-step 链尾只读记录非用户消息，经 HTTP 供 web 客户端展示页头按钮、回合尾部列表与消息流节点，每会话最多 200 条。支持 hostRecord、headerButton、turnTailList、chatNodes 四个独立开关。安装可通过插件市场或 dsh plugin --profile web add，要求 DSH ≥ 0.2.1。
