dsh-init: Claude Code-style /init Command for DeepSeek Harness

The `dsh-init` plugin, officially maintained by DeepSeek Harness (DSH), brings Claude Code’s `/init` workflow into DSH to address the pain point of cumbersome background context setup when building agents. Through a seven-stage workflow, the plugin automatically generates project-level guidance in `CLAUDE.md` and uses symbolic linking to create `AGENTS.md`, enabling multiple tools to share the same single source of truth.
