dsh-handitoff：长会话写 HANDOFF.md，新会话只读文档继续

dsh-handitoff 是 NFdrybattery 维护的 DSH 工作流插件。旧会话通过 /handitoff 让模型写出含 0–12 节的 HANDOFF.md，第 12 节由插件从会话日志原样追加；新会话可用 /handitoff resume 或「交接并继续」只读文档接手。文档存于工作区 .dsh/dsh-handitoff/，支持 retentionDays、recentRounds、language 等配置。需 DSH 0.2.1-rc.x 与 Node ^22.19.0 或 >=24。安装以设置→插件或 link: 本地路径为主，MIT 许可。
