dsh-gui-auth-url：为智能体暴露带认证的 Web GUI 地址

dsh-gui-auth-url 是 NingYuanLee 维护的 DSH 社区插件，在 Host 内调用 connection.authenticatedUrl，将带 launch token 的 GUI URL 注册为无参工具 gui_auth_url，解决裸地址 401 与桌面版未打印 URL 的问题。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:NingYuanLee/dsh-gui-auth-url，需重启后生效；适用于浏览器自动化调试 Harness。返回 URL 含会话级凭证，非 loopback 需配置 allowPublic。要求 dsh >=0.2.1-rc.2 <0.3.0-0、Node >=22.19.0，MIT 许可。
