DeepSeek Harness Plugin: dsh-grok-plan-mode

`dsh-grok-plan-mode` is a plugin that ports Grok Build Plan Mode to DeepSeek Harness (DSH) to provide strict workflow control. It takes over the `/plan` command, enforces hard gates and an approval mechanism for `plan.md` edits, and takes over session state. This plugin only supports DSH 0.1.5-rc.2. The project has had maintenance suspended since 2026-09-15, and installation is no longer recommended.
