dsh-grantwrite-patch：修復 Windows 沙箱 grantWrite 失敗並靜默重試

在 Windows 上使用 dsh 的 workspace-write 沙箱時，若 ACL 鏈缺少 WRITE_DAC/WRITE_OWNER，grantWrite 會在 SetNamedSecurityInfoW 上以 Win32 5 失敗，導致該工作區所有受控命令無法 spawn。dsh-grantwrite-patch 攔截此錯誤，按工作區規模選擇內存 patch、大目錄一次性 grant 或 diagnose/icacls 兜底修復權限，並在 maxRetries 內重試命令。僅 Windows NTFS 生效，需 dsh >= 0.1.7-rc.1。安裝：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-grantwrite-patch。
