DeepSeek Harness GPU Real-Time Monitoring Plugin (dsh-gpu-pulse)

`dsh-gpu-pulse` is a real-time GPU monitoring plugin integrated into the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Web UI. It uses the host machine's `nvidia-smi` tool to display each GPU's utilization, memory usage, temperature, power consumption, and top process by usage in the corner of the page. The plugin supports drag-and-drop repositioning, position persistence, and configurable polling frequency, and requires NVIDIA drivers and Node.js 18+ on the host.
