dsh-goal-mode: Visualizing Goal Mode in the DeepSeek Harness Web Interface

The `dsh-goal-mode` plugin introduces a visual Goal mode to the DeepSeek Harness web interface, turning previously hidden command operations into intuitive UI components. It adds a full-lifecycle goal toolbar above the Composer, supporting goal creation, editing, pausing, resuming, and completion, with multiline editing, turn limits, and progress display. A toolbar entry and a dedicated settings page also provide flexible access. Plugin data is stored in real time in the session log and supports optimistic concurrency. Installation requires DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 or later, and the plugin is released under the MIT License.
