dsh-github-harness：用 GitHub Issue 驱动 DSH 单智能体 Issue 到 PR 工作流

dsh-github-harness 是 yintaocheng 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 社区工作流插件，工具名 github_harness。它将 GitHub Issue 作为任务入口、PR 作为交付入口，按 Issue 管理分支与会话，验收通过后再推送；支持读取 Issue/PR/CI 反馈续跑同一任务。需 DSH 0.2.0-rc.2、Node.js 22+ 与 Git，在 Plugins 中添加 github:yintaocheng/dsh-github-harness#v0.3.0。目标仓库配置 harness.local.json 后即可 doctor/run/status。MIT 许可；使用前请审阅源码，插件以宿主进程权限运行。
