dsh-gesture-mouse: A Camera Gesture Mouse Plugin for macOS

`dsh-gesture-mouse` is a macOS gesture-mouse plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It performs visual recognition via a local Swift Helper and leverages Vision models to support actions such as index-finger movement, thumb-pinch clicks, finger scrolling, and an open-palm safety stop. The plugin includes a strict safety cooldown mechanism and supports installation and configuration via the DSH CLI. It requires macOS 13 or later, and users must grant camera and accessibility permissions. Currently in V0, it depends on real-person calibration and is best suited as an auxiliary input component for DSH. It does not support multiple hands or screen recording permission.
