DSH Gamepad Approval

`dsh-gamepad-approval` is a security plugin for DeepSeek Harness that leverages the Xbox controller XInput protocol to block high-risk operations at the hardware level. When an Agent triggers risky commands such as deletion or shutdown, the controller vibrates and requires physical button confirmation (A to approve, B to reject). The plugin follows a fail-closed strategy: if no controller is connected or confirmation times out, the operation is automatically denied. Once installed, it takes effect without configuration and effectively prevents malicious execution through software emulation.
