dsh-freeze：为 DeepSeek Harness 配置组合做指纹锁定

dsh-freeze 是 DSH 社区插件（admin-security），对 profile 的依赖、bundle 顺序、pnpm lock 与 cordis.patch.yml 做确定性指纹并对比基线。组合漂移时启动告警，strict 模式下拒绝 boot，适合 CI frozen posture。安装：dsh plugin --profile default add github:zhengqiuyang/dsh-freeze。需 Node >= 20，DSH 0.2.x 验证。基线默认写工作目录，CI 应提交 baseline.json。
