dsh-followup-suggestions: Providing Follow-up Suggestions for DSH Sessions

The `dsh-followup-suggestions` plugin is designed to provide convenient conversation continuation for DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It automatically renders 1–3 suggestion chips below the last assistant reply in a session; clicking a chip fills the input box and focuses it without sending a message. The plugin supports model selection, local cache persistence, silent failure handling, and a refresh mechanism. Installation requires DSH version >= 0.1.7-rc.2, and it offers multiple configuration options to adjust the generation count, token limit, and timeout. The plugin is an open-source project: the Host handles suggestion generation, the Client handles rendering, and it does not pollute the Session log.
