dsh-folder-launcher：从资源管理器把文件夹加入 DSH Web 工作区

dsh-folder-launcher 是 snnnke 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，通过 workspaceRegistry 将外部传入的文件夹路径注册到运行中的 DSH Web 侧栏。Windows 侧提供无需管理员权限的 Explorer 右键「Add to DSH Web」，经 loopback 与 bearer token 调用 POST /dsh-folder-launcher/add；未运行时可自动启动 dsh web。Linux/macOS 可用 bin/dsh-folder-launcher.mjs。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:snnnnke/dsh-folder-launcher#v0.1.0，菜单需单独运行仓库根目录 install-context-menu.ps1。
