dsh-fluent-korean：让 Harness 写出更自然的韩语

dsh-fluent-korean 将 snflkd/fluent-korean 的写作规则移植为 DSH 插件，通过 Settings 在 Fluent Korean 与 non-coding 两种样式间切换，改善 agent 韩语输出的句法完整度与工程师常用表述。安装命令为 dsh plugin add mubaid/dsh-fluent-korean，变更从下一条消息生效。适用于韩语文档、注释与说明场景；略增 token，属软约束且仅影响韩语输出。MIT 许可，要求 dsh 0.2.0-rc.2。
