dsh-floating-window：桌面磨砂玻璃 DSH 狀態懸浮窗

dsh-floating-window 是 Windpixy 的 DSH 客戶端插件，在 Windows 10/11 上用 PowerShell+WPF 顯示磨砂玻璃懸浮窗：實時展示多任務進度、單任務與今日 Token、待審批與谷時倒計時；可縮成貼邊細柱。Node 插件寫 state.json，面板每 500ms 讀取。安裝需指定 dsh-floating-window@0.10.13 或 github:Windpixy/dsh-floating-window，裝後重啓 DSH。非 Windows 無卡片。MIT 許可。
