dsh-finger-train: Finger Training

`dsh-finger-train` is a client plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), maintained by uckkk, designed to generate finger exercise plans. Developed in pure Node.js and without external network dependencies, the plugin registers a tool named `finger_train` in the session after installation. Once installed using the official command, users can invoke this tool to return instrument practice plans based on parameters. Due to its zero network dependency and lightweight nature, it runs stably and is suitable for local generation of training plans. The source code is released under the MIT License.
