dsh-files-git: File and Git Operations Panel for DSH Web UI

dsh-files-git is a DSH client plugin maintained by leanderli, designed to integrate file management with Git operations. It presents a centered modal panel that provides file tree browsing, editing in the Monaco editor, full text preview, and workspace-wide search.
