dsh-file-links: Convert Paths in DeepSeek Harness Responses to Interactive Links

The `dsh-file-links` plugin converts plain-text file paths in DeepSeek Harness into blue clickable links, supporting click-to-open, right-click preview, and reveal in File Explorer. It reuses the official `openPath` implementation, is zero-dependency, and only enhances path display without adding an extra sidebar. It supports paths containing Chinese characters and spaces, and can handle Windows, UNC, and POSIX absolute paths. The features have currently been tested on Windows, with text and image preview supported; macOS/Linux support has not been tested, and the Reveal feature is Windows-only. The installation command is `dsh plugin --profile web add github:wmglimpser-hash/dsh-file-links`
