dsh-fetch-search：安全網頁抓取與自建搜索

dsh-fetch-search 爲 DeepSeek Harness 註冊 ctx.web 下的安全網頁抓取與自建 SearXNG 搜索：抓取委託 Tavily/Jina/Firecrawl/自定義或 Crawl4AI，本機不直連目標 URL 以降低 SSRF 風險；API key 僅存託管憑據庫，默認每會話 10 次抓取預算與 URL 緩存。2.0 起可將 web_search 後端換爲自建 SearXNG。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add 官方 Git URL，要求 dsh 0.2.0-rc.0 至 0.2.2 區間；配置在「網頁抓取與搜索」頁熱生效。
