dsh-feed: Cross-Ecosystem Aggregation Foundation

dsh-feed is a cross-platform aggregation foundation for the DeepSeek Harness plugin ecosystem. It normalizes scattered data from GitHub topics and the npm registry into a single open JSON index, aiming to address challenges such as difficult retrieval and inconsistent data. The plugin offers a synchronization and query mode, supporting model-side tools (such as `feed_sync` and `feedsearch`) and CLI commands (such as `sync`, `search`, and `mcp`). Its index files are stored in the local `.dsh/` directory and support natural language retrieval, including Chinese, as well as viewing statistics. Developers can configure a `GITHUB_TOKEN` to increase rate limits and use this data layer to provide support for Agents, CLIs, or MCP clients.
