dsh-explain-assistant：主對話旁的只讀「解釋小助手」

dsh-explain-assistant 是 yunliya-cuter 維護的 DSH Web 客戶端插件：主對話右上角「?」打開獨立浮窗，用白話中文解釋主 agent 當前步驟，依據工具調用分級標註，四要素含可調整建議。只讀七工具、不寫主上下文、模型需單獨選擇。適用長時間任務旁路盯進度與非開發跟驗收；安裝命令爲 dsh plugin add --profile web 加 git 倉庫地址，實測依賴 DSH 0.1.7-rc.2 與 web profile。
