dsh-expert-mode: DSH's Multi-Expert Agent Preset

dsh-expert-mode is a DSH agent-preset plugin maintained by Asher-2000 under the MIT license, distinct from Cordis service plugins. It is designed to construct a workflow featuring a "Chief Coordinator + 17 Domain Expert Sub-agents."
