dsh-experience-plugin: Model Inference Levels, CLI Simulation, and Everyday-Use Optimization Settings

The DSH plugin `dsh-experience-plugin` is designed to improve the user experience of DeepSeek Harness by addressing issues of scattered configurations and complex management. The plugin provides features such as model reasoning-level injection, CLI behavior simulation (with support for Codex, Claude Code, and others), message timeline preview, collapsible content, and automatic loading of history.
