dsh-enterworktree：在 DSH 里创建 git worktree 并开隔离 session

dsh-enterworktree 是 scccy 维护的 DSH 工作流宿主插件，注册 enter_worktree 工具，对标 Claude Code 的 /enterworktree。因 session.header.cwd 只读，插件在 nested 或 sibling 布局下创建或复用 git worktree，并通过 ctx.remote.session.create 开启指向该路径的隔离 session，返回 sessionId 供 Web GUI 打开。支持 branch、base、path、layout、openSession、inPlace 等参数，bundle 可配置 layout、dotworktreesDir、autoOpenSession。安装使用 plugin_manager install_bundle（GitHub 或 npm）。需 dsh-api-remotes 才能自动开 session；MIT 许可，Node >=20。
