dsh-enter-guard：用连按两次 Enter 防止误发消息

dsh-enter-guard 是 Liyu147 为 DeepSeek Harness Web 客户端编写的 MIT 插件（0.1.0）。第一次 Enter 仅武装 composer 并提示再按一次发送，第二次 Enter 才真正发出，任意其他键取消；Ctrl/Cmd+Enter 与 Send 仍立即发送。安装需 clone 仓库后执行 dsh plugin --profile web add，并重启 dsh web。依赖 data-composer-* DOM 锚点，失效时 fail safe 恢复原生 Enter。适合长草稿写作、担心误触回车的开发者；安装前请审阅源码与权限说明。
