dsh-enhanced-plugins: Optional extension functions for DSH

dsh-enhanced-plugins is an enhancement suite for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to add optional features to DSH via public plugin extension points without modifying core code. The suite consists of seven independent Cordis feature packages and a Windows Launcher, supporting full installation or selective installation based on stable Feature IDs.
