Add a Short Video Sidebar to DeepSeek Harness WebUI with dsh-douyin

dsh-douyin is a DeepSeek Harness interface enhancement plugin maintained by anacondakc. It uses a native player in the WebUI sidebar to parse direct links for playing short videos. The installation command for the catalog page is `dsh plugin add github:anacondakc/dsh-douyin`. It has 21 built-in feed series, and supports automatic continuous playback, scrolling switching and precise historical playback; when dsh-better-sidebar is not installed, it will use the right floating panel. The videos come from the third-party api.yujn.cn, not Douyin's official interface. The plugin runs with the permissions of the current dsh process.
