dsh-done-badge: DSH Task Completion Badge (Windows Taskbar Counter)

The dsh-done-badge plugin uses native Windows APIs to display the number of completed tasks on the taskbar icon when the user leaves the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) window. It features zero dependencies, a serial update queue, and automatic reset. After users install it via the CLI, each completed background task triggers a red badge on the taskbar icon, which remains for 2 seconds after the user switches back to the window and then disappears. The plugin addresses the pain point of invisible background tasks and is intended for use on Windows.
