dsh-doc-index: Local Knowledge Base Index

`dsh-doc-index` is the local document index bundle for DeepSeek Harness, designed to enable semantic search over local documents. It supports Markdown, PDF, Office, and other formats, as well as Chinese word segmentation, through hybrid retrieval (BM25 + embedding vectors). The plugin supports incremental updates and precise line-number citations, and provides a command-line tool (such as `docindex query`) and a DSH service interface for model invocation. Installation requires Node.js 22.5+. By default, it uses a zero-dependency n-gram algorithm and can optionally use a Transformers model, with capacity limits and exclusion rules.
