dsh-default-reasoning-efforts：为未声明推理档位的模型自动补齐 high / xhigh / max

DSH 中推理档位来自 profile 的 reasoningEfforts，未声明会导致模型目录无档、请求被 UNSUPPORTED_REASONING_EFFORT 拒绝。本 Host 插件 junjundesk/dsh-default-reasoning-efforts 对 dsh-llm-pi-ai 下未声明的模型幂等写入 high/xhigh/max，经 configEditor 原子写回并避开 HMR 嵌套事务；支持 config.json 与 status.json 排障，可与 dsh-codex-effort-slider 配合。零依赖、热装生效，安装：dsh plugin --profile web add github:junjundesk/dsh-default-reasoning-efforts。
