dsh-dead-links: A Dead Link Checker for Markdown Documents

dsh-dead-links is a DSH plugin for checking broken links in Markdown documents. The tool supports recursive scanning of a specified directory, extracts HTTP(S) links, and checks them concurrently. It features a smart fallback strategy (preferring HEAD requests) and result deduplication. Implemented purely in ESM with zero dependencies and read-only behavior, the plugin returns structured JSON containing file names, line numbers, status codes, or errors, making it suitable for maintaining document health.
