DeepSeek Harness Plugin: English-to-Chinese CoT

`dsh-cot-en2cn` is a Web UI plugin for DeepSeek Harness designed to translate the English chain of thought of reasoning models into Chinese in real time. The plugin uses a dual-end architecture and leverages `MutationObserver` to monitor the conversation view, dynamically rendering translations when a thinking block is expanded, without modifying session data. It supports zero runtime dependencies, dual-end caching, and concurrency control, and is stabilized by 83 automated tests. Users can configure the translation model, timeout duration, and display style in the settings, and the plugin also supports features such as automatic translation and skipping original Chinese content.
