dsh-cost-pill: Official Cost and Balance Capsule Within Statistics Row

The DeepSeek Harness web client plugin dsh-cost-pill combines session cost and account balance into a capsule display. It is visually unobtrusive, using official slots and projection mechanisms for data presentation and supporting sub-agent cost aggregation. It supports online pricing refresh, balance queries (handled securely on the host side), and custom configuration. Once installed, a cost capsule appears in the official statistics row, allowing users to view cost details and balance status.
