dsh-cost-balance-chip：在輸入框旁顯示本次會話預估費用與賬戶餘額

dsh-cost-balance-chip 是 jieyueriluo 維護的 DSH Web 客戶端社區插件，在 conversation.input.right 掛載兩行 chip，展示當前 Session 基於 tokenUsage 投影的預估花費與通過 remote.account 讀取的賬戶餘額。點擊可查看模型、cache 命中率、四類 token 數量與各桶費用，以及錢包明細與手動刷新。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-cost-balance-chip，要求 DSH >=0.2.1-rc.3。費用爲客戶端參考單價估算，平臺賬單爲準；Session 內換模型時暫按最後所選模型統一計價。MIT 許可，不讀取或上傳憑證。
