dsh-copilot-api：在 Harness 里接入 copilot-api 网关

dsh-copilot-api 是维护者 caozhiyuan 发布的 DeepSeek Harness 插件，为 copilot-api 网关提供 provider，安装后自动插入 copilot-api-provider 连接项。默认 baseURL 为 http://localhost:4141，协议 openai-responses，凭据引用 GITHUB_COPILOT_API_KEY。官方安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-copilot-api，首次安装需重启 Harness。可按 README 覆盖 YAML 连接项或切换 anthropic-messages 协议。适用本机或内网已部署 copilot-api 的场景；安装前应审阅源码与 MIT 许可证，并注意插件以 dsh 进程权限运行。
