dsh-cookie-janitor：收敛桌面版 dsh-auth-* Cookie，避免请求头超限

DeepSeek Harness 桌面版在本机明文 HTTP 下每次启动因临时端口新增 dsh-auth-* Cookie 且上游不回收，重启约 70 次后 Cookie 头超限，启动报 Web authentication failed。dsh-cookie-janitor 在授权与 API 响应中对其余 dsh-auth-* 下发 Max-Age=0 做收敛，不整 jar 清空。本文基于官方 README 说明安装（local-plugins、junction/符号链接、cordis.patch.yml）、日志验证与回滚边界。
