dsh-continuechat：從斷點手動續跑被中斷的 DSH 對話

dsh-continuechat 是 CaiBai-Fish 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，通過 /continue 命令與助手消息操作行的 Continue 按鈕，在手動停止、模型請求失敗、輸出 token 截斷或崩潰恢復等可續跑中斷後，從同一 session 斷點繼續智能體任務。插件發送結構化續跑提示並附帶 Harness 失敗記錄，不自動續跑、不合並助手消息。安裝需使用 README 中的 dsh plugin --profile desktop 命令；使用前請審閱 MIT 源碼並注意插件以 DSH 進程權限運行。
