dsh-context-keeper：推理規範、上下文預算與長會話交接

dsh-context-keeper 是 Orliba 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，含主機端 system prompt 推理規則、/context-watch 與 /handoff 命令、contextPressure 徽標與交接提醒，以及讀本地會話文件的離線 CLI。要求 DSH >= 0.2.0-rc.1、Node >= 22；安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-context-keeper。插件不截斷推理，交接與觀測零模型調用。
