dsh-context-curator：把常驻提示词折成索引，按需再取回全文

dsh-context-curator（Context Curator）是 zhangyahao 维护的 DSH bundle 插件，通过 system-prompt/assemble 与 agent/pre-step 将超长系统提示词段和新会话技能目录压成一行索引，原文存插件内存，需细节时用 context_ledger、context_load、context_config。默认 enabled 为 false；安装需本地目录配合 plugin_manager install_bundle 并重启 Harness。配置持久化于 $DSH_HOME/data/context-curator.json。不改工具 schema；老会话技能目录无法 retroactive 压缩。
