dsh-context-annotations：在 DSH 对话里圈选文本、批注后随下一条消息一并发送

dsh-context-annotations 是 YubaiLoving 维护的 DSH Web GUI 插件（记忆类）。在会话任意位置选中文本并写注释，多条批注在输入区上方汇总，随下一轮用户消息发送；界面仅显示「💬 N 条注释」短标记，完整引用与注释通过 system prompt 段进入模型请求且只消费一轮。要求 DSH >=0.1.7-rc.2，MIT 许可，无配置项。安装：plugin_manager install_bundle target="github:YubaiLoving/dsh-context-annotations"。
