dsh-connect-zcode：在 DSH 里复用 ZCode Coding Plan 模型额度

dsh-connect-zcode 是 Shuffle-1992 维护的 DSH 模型推理插件，从 ZCode 本地配置读取智谱 BigModel Coding Plan 凭据，注册 provider id 为 zcode 的 anthropic-messages 通道，由 DSH 直连发请求，凭据零落盘。仅支持付费 Coding Plan；Start Plan 代发通道已下线。含模型显隐、200K/1M 上下文预算与能力面板。安装：dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:Shuffle-1992/dsh-connect-zcode。需 DSH >=0.2.0-rc.2 且 ZCode 已登录 Coding Plan。
