dsh-concise: One-Click Concise Output Toggle for DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-concise` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness designed to address verbose model outputs in long conversations. Based on Claude Code's Concise style, it provides a one-click toggle and a key-point summary card feature. Once enabled, every reply must include an engineering-blueprint-style summary, while intermediate steps are exempt. It supports CLI, slash commands, and custom prompts, and can be installed and used with zero configuration.
