dsh-codex-migrate: A one-off structured migration plugin for Codex and DSH

dsh-codex-migrate is a DSH plugin (MIT licensed) developed by polarskicpl, designed for explicit, one-time structured conversation import between DSH and Codex. It does not rely on background bidirectional synchronization, does not share sessions or merge conflicts, and each import is an independent operation. Core features include mutual import support for single or multiple conversations, preservation of the original workspace path, and provision of a "Continue in Codex/DSH" entry point. Additionally, the plugin provides MCP memory Beta functionality, supporting operations on locally stored memories via `remember_memory`, `search_memory`, and `forget_memory` (stored in `~/.codex/dsh-codex-bridg`).
